- First of all You Need to Open Control Panel and To open Control Panel Go to Start and then Select Control Panel
- Now You Need to Open Sync Center and therefore go to the View by Option located at the Upper Right Hand Side and Select Small Icons as Shown below in the Image and Then Select Sync Center
- A New Window will Pop Up and there You Need to Select Enable Offline Files as Shown Below in the Image
- Next Click on Apply and Then Select OK
- Now you need to Restart Your Computer so that New Changes can Take Place
- That’s and you are all Done and Now Offline File Caching will be Enabled
